Mi problema anteayer ya que quise descargar el GTA V y entre a la aplicacion de microsoft store y todo bien hasta hay, pero cuando quise abrir lo que es el juego para poder descargarlo me dio un codigo el cual es: 0x00000193 y quise solucionarlo pero me
dice que este tal codigo no existe y la verdad quiero comprar el juego antes de que se acabe la promocion este martes 16 de octubre y aparte pense que era solo con querer abrir solo el menu de descarga de GTA pero no, es en toda la tienda y no se que hacer

Thanks for letting us know about this, check out this article:
How to install games on Xbox One. Be sure that you are signed into the account you redeemed the game on to be able to install it.

A good starting point would be a hard reset using these steps:

1. Hold the power button on the console for 10 seconds(while the console is on)
2. Release the power button after 10 seconds(the console should be off)
3. Press the power button as normal to turn the console on

Since the error seems to be on the Operating System of the Xbox Console we suggest a reset of the console, Follow these steps:

Do a
Soft Factory Reset (while keeping games and apps) IF AND ONLY IF THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA IS MET:

• There is a stable network connection.
• The information for all profiles is known (email and passwords)

Once the setup is complete it will ask if we want to keep settings or manual setup lets do manual setup. Give it a shot and let us know of any changes!
