Give me a break here, theres zero reason MS cant make the arctis 7 TRANSMITTER work with my xb1x. It works with every other console/pc/mac.

I can even use an otg cable to my old Nexus player (android set top box from 2015) and it works SEAMLESSLY. It even works on my pixel xl! The only thing it doesnt work on is Xbox.

Cmon Microsoft, you're the ones pushing to make everything cross platform, but youre intentionally hindering allowing a basic wireless headset work for no reaaon at all. Also i would t reccomemd the 1x to anyone abymore. Yeah, it looks better than the
other variants but it doesbt have nearly enough cpu power and the new Xbox is already coming in 2020.

Not to mention i had to drive 4 hours round trip to get a replacement when the internal power supply randomly decided to die one day..... And my xb1x left stick broke , got a replacement, same issue within two months. How cab you justify 60 dollars for
controllers that arebt built as well as my atari 2600, NES, SNES, every sega console, AND every other console ive ever owned in my life. I dont abuse these things. If yourr going yo give people such a cheap pile of garbage at such a high markup at least
make it quality and yes even the "elite" controller fell apart for no reason.

That said, at least let the headsets work and stop pretending xbox (running Windows) can't support this headset. At least this xompany makes quality products.

Now that im ranting, thanks for the surface pro, my first bnib laptop purchae in a decade. I really love how the monitor is starting to discolor where the battery is starting to buldge. Cant wait to have a brick with no usable parts because I thogut ms got
their stuff together again. I've had eveey MS console, even had my original xbox a month before public release. Xb1x ans surface pro are on the verge of being thr last timr i invest a dime in microsoft products ever again.

For example, my Logitech G930 which was made well before the inception of the PS4 works without issue on it. In this case, it's something MS is hampering and not the manufacturer.

Yes i have. All the listed wireless headssts are for xbox one ONLY. Why is Microsoft trying to force people to purchase separate headsets for the console when theyre preaching cross platform/cross compatibility ?

It should be pluf and play. There really is zero excuse. Even Sony and apple have native support for the Arctis 7. Pathetic.

Arctis are the ones who decide which devices their products are compatible with and unfortunately, the arctis 7 isn't however arctis produced the arctis 9x which connects to the Xbox using Xbox wireless rather than Bluetooth (same way your controller connects)
it does also include Bluetooth though to enable you to connect it to other devices. I'm sorry, you've had trouble with your one x and accessories I've had my one x and elite controller for around 15 months without any issues what so ever.
