Probably a really easy answer. Two parts.

I have Xbox Live Gold on my 360. My son has a Xbox One that we play Forza on (really 360 is mostly useless now).

1. Can I transfer my live gold membership to his xbox? How

2. Can I keep my stature in Forza if I love my gamer tag and login to the new xbox?

You can actually keep everything, there's a feature on the xbox one called the Home console where you can download your profile onto your son's xbox one and set it as your home console, all you have to do is download your profile onto his xbox, while signed
into your account you to go settings > personalization > home xbox > set it as my home xbox and sign out. This allows you to share any games you have and gold subscription to any accounts that are signed into your sons xbox, including his, and you can still
sign into your xbox 360 with your gamertag and have gold and play all your games.

You can Login your account, set it as the home console (using the steps below) so you can share your Gold and Xbox One games as well as backward compatible Xbox 360 games.

Go to Settings > All Settings > Personalization > My Home Xbox > Make this my Home Xbox.

A quick roll on for Q2.

If it's for the same version of Forza, you may want to turn "Enable Cloud Sync" on your Xbox 360 so you can have your game saves uploaded to the cloud which will allow you to use them on your Xbox One.

 

^^ None of the Forza games are backwards compatible so not point in moving the save to the cloud.

The only 2 Forza games that came out on both platforms are Forza Horizon 2 & Forza Horizon 2 The Fast & the Furious & each version is a separate game so your progress on the 360 version wont carry over to the xbox one version.
