Pro Evolution Soccer 2015 - First Glory: Exhibition Achievement

Played a couple of games now in the Exhibition mode and this hasn't unlocked. Has anyone else had this issue? Any help on settings? I just went straight into the Exhibition match and choose 2 teams, played the game winning both times and nothing popped..

Sorry to hear about the missing achievement! Sometimes it can take 48 hours for an achievement to populate. If it does not; keep playing and earn more achievements, as it can also take 7 days for that achievement to pop after you earn another achievement
in that game.

Post back in about 6-7 days if the achievement does not pop for you and we will do everything we can to help you get this sorted!

So far I am missing

First Glory: Exhibition

First Win: UEFA Champions League

First Win: UEFA Europa League

myClub: First "Divisions" win

But all of the training achievements unlocked immediately after completing the requirements..

I achieved the following:

First Glory: Exhibition

First Win: UEFA Champions League

myClub: First "Divisions" win

Over 3 days ago..

Any help would be appreciated. as it appears all of the in game - winning game play related ones are not popping.

Could you check your Achievements app your Xbox One console and verify if any of the missing achievements are stuck at 100% progress or "Done! Unlocking..." ? Also, if you could provide the time and date (with your timezone as well) of when you were playing
and these achievements were supposed to unlock. That information will help us begin the next step!

My time zone is PST - Canadian Account

Rough timing

First Glory: Exhibition - 1st time - 26 Nov - between 1-3PM, I've tried this multiple times since.

First Win: UEFA Champions League - 26 Nov, tried again on the 28th - Various times mainly in the afternoon

First Win: UEFA Europa League- 28th Nov around 10-11 AM

myClub: First "Divisions" win - 26 and then the 28 Nov - around 10-12 AM

Thanks for the information! Let's continue troubleshooting by Uninstalling and Reinstalling the game. After you have done that, attempt earning the achievements in
the game again.

Post back and let us know if the achievements pop after reinstalling the game!

 

Hi Mr Beep, so uninstalled and then reinstalled with the mandatory update. Played 5 games in the Champions League and one exhibition game, with no luck.

Also tried one Europa League game and one my club and nothing.

 

Also tried the master league and cops libertadores to see if that worked, but it did not. It appears as if all the gameplay related achievements

 

When you reinstalled the game, were you able to pick back up where you left off? Or did you have to start a new save?

If it carried your old save over, the next thing I recommend is deleting the save file to start a fresh game. To delete save data, follow these steps below:

• From the Home screen, select 'My games & apps'.
• Highlight PES 2015, press the Menu button on your Xbox One controller, and then select Manage game.
  
• Under Saved Data, select the game save and 'Delete everywhere'.

This will delete all of your save data for that game, and I know that probably is not ideal, but it is the next step to try. Post back and let us know how it goes!

 

Ok, so I uninstalled the game again and deleted all of the save files and data on the console and cloud based saves.

Reinstalled the game and update, played the game in exhibition and champions league, won both and nothing happened...sigh!

 

I'm very sorry to hear that didn't help. From here I strongly suggest signing in on a different Xbox One console to try if you can. See if one of your buddies or a family member has one to try on. Be sure you are signed in with your account!

Alternatively, try creating a different Xbox Live profile on your Xbox One console and give it a shot with that. That will help us narrow down where the issue is!

 

OK so I tried it on my daughters account on my Xbox 1 and still got nothing popping on her account either. Tried an exhibition game and a champions league game.

The weird thing here is that all the achievements popped for the training as soon as I had completed the conditions. The same does not apply to the game play related ones IE beat the com in X mode.
