Pro elite controller keeps crashing

ok so basically what is going on is that whenever I play videogames on my xbox one (overwatch mainly) my xbox pro elite controller will randomly disconnect however even though that it says (on the screen) that my controller is disconnected the home button
is still lit up. Is it something with the wire connecting my controller to the Xbox or is it my console?

Xbox One Elite was a missed opportunity

Scorpio sounds good to me, I hope they keep that name.

Also, ELite having the SSD was fine. When did that release? Last year? Microsoft seems to keep releasing all of these different controllers/controller colors, consoles/console colors.Click to expand...

No way they keep that name. If anything it will be worse. Look how the Neo turned into the Pro. The production names are always less cool.

nba gametime app keeps crashing.....why has this not been fixed yet its been happening for months

nba gametime app still keeps crashing thats two nights in a row now, can anyone help, ive done a hard reset but still keeps crashing

My first Elite lasted me years. I literally used it until it died of old age. My new one is on the same course. I think a lot of the issues with the Elite come down to general wear and tear and the users themselves. If you have an aggressive button mashing
play style I could see how you may have issues. I think you will be fine as long as you take care of it.

PS- Once you get an Elite it's hard to go back to a regular controller. Simple things like the feeling of the D-pad, the weight of the controller, The paddles become a normal every day thing and it's super weird when you transition back to a regular controller.
