    I have been sent here from Xbox live support team. I have enough gems in the VIP vault to redeem Xbox live credit prizes (500 = £8) and as of the announcement all prizes seem to be out of stock. Could the rewards team solve this issue for me please? I would
    like to redeem all I can into credit before the switch takes place.

    VIP GEMS OUT OF STOCK

    Im trying to redeem my VIP gems before they expire at the end of the month but for some reason everything is out of stock and I cant redeem my vip gems before they expire which is kinda shady seeing how you guys know the program is ending yet fail to put
    anything in stock for those that wanna redeem before they are no longer able too

    I'm in the same position. I want to redeem my gems before I lose them. But the Rewards Credits are "out of stock".

    I really don't understand how a digital item can be out of stock. There is no actual stock, it's just a matter of adding the credits to my account.

    I only have 700 Gems I was hoping to redeem for $15 Visa cards or even 15,000 reward credit to cash out before the change, which would only go back to game purchases.

    At the end of the day it's the dollars they are concerned about. Pulling the rug on this program and converting your Gems to Microsoft points saves the company money from prizes they do not have to deliver on. While we have agreed to terms of service and
    they can legally do this, this is still morally wrong on their part.

    So there are 2 more-than likely reasons behind this lousy program transition:

    A) The Program Manager is intentionally making this change without allowing individuals to cash in their GEMs and not resupplying the Vault

    OR

    B) the Program Manager is an incompetent employee.

    (Not making any-name calling here, these are just the 2 more than-likely scenarios)
    I just tried reaching out to Xbox Support on Twitter about using 500 of My Gems to purchase the 10,000 rewards credits only to find out that those were out of stock as well. Their only response was for me to come here to seek out an answer. I only want to
    use those rewards credits to get 1 month of Game Pass and buy the Storm Island DLC for Forza Horizon 2. I come here and find that many others are having the same issues, which are not getting resolved. Very displeased with this!
