Prize won on event player

hi, I won a prize bundle of an elite controller football boots and 12 months Xbox live, how will I receive my prize as its been a few days without any notification.

I am so disappointed, I have completed all in Forza event and the icon showed I won the prize, but it is not my prize never show. I complained two months ago, they gave me back all I won in past, and I think that they solve the problem for me, but actually
it happens again.

I won two prizes from the Gwent Crack the Keg promotion approximately two weeks ago. I received an email immediately regarding the prize I won second, but I still haven't received an email regarding the prize I won first. When should
I expect to receive a notification?

I have already contacted gfinity and they said that the prize was through Xbox not them. So I should be contacting Xbox about it.
