    Prize redemption pipeline overloaded due to promotion ending


    I went to cash in some VIP points before they become obsolete. I clicked on the 5,000 points redemption, and also on the xp boost for neverwinter because I needed to spend those gems... then a dialogue box popped up, sending me
    here.

    Prizes from quests are sent within 4 weeks of the promotion ended. Since the promotion ends at the end of November, it would be too early for prizes to go out. If you don't receive the prize by the end of December, you'll need to post in the sales and promotions
    forum.
