Prize I didn't Get! :/

I was suppose to get and email concerning a prize I won back in October and there was suppose to be an email I receive on November 22 about a link to claim my prize in a step by step process. Can you maybe send me this "prize" and the prize was for being
a loyal gamer and I believe it was a game called Killer Instinct or something else, Xbox One or Xbox Store Money.

hi! I still haven't received any message from Xbox about any prize for the October quests, can you help me out?

 

if it was a free console which I doubt

you would've had a number to call specifically for the console

on the first email

why didn't you call that number?

if it was a code you would've had it emailed on the 22nd and the code redemption period was long past fyi

 

if you had a console redemption code there was a contact number with a name for tax purposes

along with the ms store with but you also had to call in November with that code

 

So what I was saying was I got an email saying that I was a loyal gamer and was suppose to get an email concerning the prize of being that loyal gamer. Others also got the same email for a game called KillerInstinct. I never said that I wanted or they were
giving me a free console I just assumed it. I think the prize was that game and they were suppose to email me a code to redeem it which I never got.

 

The email would've been very specific what you won

And the redemption period is over

 

The email would've stated it on the first email what you had won and yes it would've said killer instinct or console package

And how to redeem it

Everyone who got the console had certain requirements tof fill out including forms if you did not live in the us

The codes were sent out in the 28th and you had to redeem it by Dec something

 

If it was a code for the game there would've been an contact info for you to contact incase of issues at eprize or Ms store for the console

Look at the original email and followups or you can contact the forums support privately but they cannot give you a code if you weren't on the list

 

Okay I'll check in my save folders for the email, but I still never got the redemption code :/

 

So I'll call the number and ask about it, thanks for the help!
