prize history does not show up

Discus and support prize history does not show up in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; prize history button does not show history in any Microsoft games it tries to load for small time but even after 10 minutes nothing comes up....     it tries to load for small time but even after 10 minutes nothing comes up.

    probably history is missing or something in our accounts.

    The Mystery Wheel?

    It should show up under props? That's where my prize, which was a space battle showed up. If not, maybe it didn't download properly? Go to your download history under account management and download the item again.

    Both on my Xbox and the web. It's doesn't show up in my purchase history on the web, it's does however show up on my Xbox when I look at purchase history.
