As you don't seem to have an Ambassador Wreath I don't know if you have full access to those forums and have also sent a pm on your behalf.

The Instant-Win Prizes will be e-mailed within four (4) weeks following the end of the Sweepstakes to the e-mail address associated with the Instant Winner's Xbox LIVE account profile. Return of any prize as undeliverable or failure to accept any prize within
the specified time period will result in forfeiture of prize. If notified winner is not eligible, forfeits prize or declines prize, an alternate winner may be randomly selected as the Instant Winner in the Second-Chance Drawing (see Rule #6), time and circumstances
permitting.

I have found the promotion on the dashboard. Here are the rules and a picture of the promotion. The only thing you will deduce from these rules is that I am not receiving the points because my email was incorrect but I assure you I quadruple checked the
email against my account's email before submitting.

As only articles 1-5 seem relevant, I have only relayed those articles with the most relevant pieces bolded:

ELIGIBILITY: This Sweepstakes is only open to

TIMING: This Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 a.m. PT

HOW TO PLAY: To play, you must navigate to the

Kraft Velveeta Cheese & Shells landing page on the Xbox LIVE Dashboard and

click the designated area to watch any one (1) of the eight (8) free available

videos during the Sweepstakes Period as instructed to reveal whether you are an

Instant Winner. If you are designated as an Instant Winner, you must provide

your valid e-mail address in the designated area of the space provided to claim

your prize. Failure to enter your valid e-mail address will result in

forfeiture of the prize. The time of day when the Instant-Win is played by you

will determine whether you are an Instant Winner. If your Instant-Win entry is

the first to occur on or after a randomly designated winning Instant-Win time,

you win one (1) Instant-Win Prize indicated, subject to verification. Prizes

are made available at random times throughout the Sweepstakes Period. Three

hundred thirty three (333) Instant-Win Prizes will be available during the

Sweepstakes Period. Limit one (1) play per person per day.

The use of automated devices to enter this Sweepstakes is prohibited. Microsoft assumes no responsibility for lost, late

or misdirected entries or any computer, online, telephone, or technical

PRIZES: The time of day when you play will

determine whether you are an Instant Winner. Odds of winning a prize depend on

the number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

   Prizes: 1,200 Microsoft Points. The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each
   
   Instant-Win prize is $15.

applicable. Winners must SPEND these Microsoft points prior to this expiration

substitute a prize of equal or greater value in the event an offered prize is

unavailable. Taxes on the prizes are solely the responsibility of the winner.

WINNERS: The winners will be notified and

confirmed as follows:

We see that the email you registered into the sweepstakes with is different from your primary email. While we reach out to our win fulfillment team to resend your email, you may wish to check that email for these prizes, as well as the junk mail folder of
that email. We have had some users report getting their prizes to their junk mail.
