a message about being suspended from communications on XBox Live 1 week.

Xbox enforcement team, I was sent a message about being suspended from communications on XBox Live for 1 week. I was only in a pre-game lobby for Black Ops II when someone was swearing very loudly. snowythecatt09 please restore privileges I didn't swear
or do anything. Please restore privileges I was only in the pre-game lobby and someone else was swearing. If you want his gamertag I will give it.

But it was not me. Please restore snowythecatt09 communication privileges. Respectfully, snowythecatt09

Nope. It would be nice if they could restore privileges correctly like they promise too so we wouldn't need to deal with customer support.

Try these steps below:

Log on to http://enforcement.xbox.com and check if you have any other active suspensions.

If you are clear, proceed to
remove your account from the Xbox.

Perform a power cycle on the console.

Add your account back into the Xbox.

Attempt to go online with multiplayer and/or party chat.

It sounds like you may have been hit with an extension which doesn't show up on the enforcement site. Although they won't have information about the suspension, you would need to contact support to find out how long it will last.

Unfortunately that's been happening a lot lately. Usually it's a 3 month extension. Support are able to tell how long suspensions will last, but no other information regarding them.

Except that Support doesn't talk to the PET. They don't (their words) have access to that.

Also why wouldn't an extension show up on the site? Who came up with that convoluted nonsense? That'd be like a release date for a prisoner being today, but it's actually another year, they just told nobody. In what world is that okay?
