Privilege suspension not lifted

I received a privilege suspension about 10 days ago and when the suspension was supposedly lifted I was able to play multiplayer again but my communications still weren't working I waited a couple days and it hasn't yet to work I've tried restarting my Xbox
and deleting my account and other things but nothing has worked. When I try to send messages it gives the usual "because of your past behaviour your unable to send messages" and when I join parties it tells my I have privacy settings preventing me from talking
which isn't true.

Console banned

My Xbox One comunication ban

About three weeks ago I got a Xbox one comunication suspension. I had also gotten my Xbox online play privileges suspended, but that ended a week ago. I still have not gotten my comunication suspension lifted, and I can't see the date that it will end. Im
trying to see if its a permanent ban, or if it is just a longer suspension.

Have you seen more information in regards to this suspension in your email inbox? Their may be another suspension underlying the previous one. Please be sure to check your spam folders as sometimes the communication can be sent there
inadvertently.

The enforcement team do not use the forums.

An email would of been sent to the address linked to your account telling you why or you can check on the enforcement site
here where you can also file for a case review if eligible.

If it's a permanent console ban then it will not be lifted.

If it's a console privilege suspension then it will end when the account suspension ends.

Console privilege suspensions are issued to prevent you from using a secondary account to avoid a suspension on your main account which is against the code of conduct.

All accounts on that console will have the same restrictions as the suspended account but will work on other devices.

You would need to sign into the account that has the suspension on it at enforcement.xbox.com once there, there will be an orange hammer in one of the boxes on the main page when you click on that it will show you the enforcement history for the account
and what privileges where taken away.

if the suspension is eligible for a review there would be a link there go file for a case review at which point you can plead your case to them and they will reinvestigate the report and determine if they can lift the suspension sooner.
