Private Sessions Removed?

Anybody else noticed this? on the 360 version i seem to remember you could create an invite only private session via the menu in single player, but it doesn't give you the option any more.

Is there a way to host private games ?

Is GTA online population dead on Xbox One?

a few weeks ago I popped in GTAV for xbox360 and online mode was dead or I was in a private session not sure though??

You can make friend sessions, or crew sessions.

 

great. if this is true, that means players who like to just hang out with there friends in freeroam are going to be complaining about getting killed when they didn't do anything, then the killers are going to say well this is gta if you don't like it play
something else, and the modders will be giving out free money to the people who play in private lobbies, and people will be getting reported, and things will hit the fan in a very bad way.

taking away features seems to be the new things, and is becoming exceptional for better graphics in gaming. I personally don't play in private lobbies, but the people who do, I would prefer for them to say there, because I can sometimes be one of those killers
if im in the mood for a rampage.

 

I see both sides,which is why i think private servers are essential. Sometimes i just like to fly around the map with my buddies and just explore san andreas, and its frustrating when someone blasts you out of the sky for no reason. At the same time sometimes
i do like to waste other players.

 

I didnt have a problem last night. Invite only and private crew lobbies still exist.
