private chat not working.

    me and my friend use private chat while playing the same game . But since Wednesday this has stopped working . If either of use send each other invites for private chat who ever accepts the chat it says couldnt accept private chat. It's the same if we both
    try and send voice messages . They will send but we can't play them , it comes back with error . Is anybody else getting any problems with private chat? Was chatting with live support for an hour and they could not solve this issue . I've uninstalled
    the updates and also formated the Hard drive just to see if they were the problem . But it's just the same .

    Party chat and private chat and creating parties not working

    Earlier today I was unable to connect to Xbox live at all like many other people. When it came back up and I was able to log on, me and my BF have been unable to join private chat or create an Xbox live party so that we chat while we play separate games.
    If we both play the same game (i.e. Borderlands) we can talk in game chat but cannot even get each others invites for private or party chat. I dont know of anyone else having this problem.

    Is this part of the problem? Is there any known way to resolve this?

    Does private chat work in snd?. Ffa doesnt allow party chat but allows private chat.

    Private chat only works for two people chatting. To my knowledge it doesn't if you have a full team.
