Privacy settings

So I don't have an XBox, I play on mobile. I have a microsoft account because I want to play Minecraft Realms with my friends. My friend made a realm 'today, and when I tried to join, it said "You cannot play online because of how your Microsoft Account
is set up. Review and change your privacy settings at aka.ms/accountsettings." So, I went to the website ad nothing helped. I've been surfing the web for 2 hours now, trying to find solutions. I went to my microsoft account, and I couldn't find any ways to
adjust my privacy settings. Please help this is really annoying, as I've played online multiplayer on my phone before. I've played on Minecraft servers. I don't understand what is happening or how to fix it, as I don't have an XBox. I play mobile, and online
I couldn't find any way to adjust my privacy settings.
