Privacy settings issue

So since the 2nd last dashboard update when ever i try to play a game like minecraft or ark with user created content i get a warning that pops up on my screen saying that my account settings are not allowing me to see the user created content and to go
to my privacy settings on the website to enable it but when I go there all the settings that allow it are enabled. I've tried to change the privacy settings to the exact opposite, saving it and then changing it to my preferred settings but nothing changed.
I've also deleted and re downloaded my profile and all the games doing this. Any ideas?

Sorry, you will need to accept the new terms of use before being able to promote your account from a child to an adult.

You will not be able to actually get to the promote screen unless you agree to the terms first. In order to agree to the terms you need to be able to login to the parental e-mail account. If you do not know the parental e-mail password then please reset
the password by visiting this link here. If you cannot reset the password, or the e-mail is invalid then you will need to fill out the Microsoft account
recovery form by visiting this page here.

Those are the only two ways to agree to the terms of use, and the parental account needs to be entered first before you are able to agree to them. There is no way around that.

Once you've gotten past the terms of use screen successfully, please follow the instructions given here to promote your account from
a child to an adult.

Inability to do either or gain access to the parental e-mail will unfortunately lock you out of your Xbox LIVE account which would force you to make a new account.

 

Privacy Setting Issue

When I want to change my privacy settings, it wants my parent to log into their account so I can save the changes, but there's a problem there.

My friend what the one who's set as my parent for my xbox account, and that friend is dead since a few years ago.

I'm 18, and not underage in my country, Sweden, but I still can't change the settings.

I have no access to my friends email account, so I can't change it that way.

Is there any chance that I can remove the parent account or change it to another one?

It's really annoying not being able to change any settings...
