Privacy settings! HELP!

I am trying to friend my other account so we can play together, however, it says that because the account is a child account it won't let me and it says I need to check my privacy settings. Thanks XXX

I need my account supremexmlg un ban so that I can change the settings on my new account so that I can play games to the fullest on the xbox one as of right when I try to play warframe and or minecraft for warframe Im unable to play the game to its fullest
and with minecraft I can not start my own online game for friends to join and to join a friends game I have have them invite me if I just try to join it stops me from joining and I would like to fix that by changing (my new account) to adult
settings but I can not do that for I need to connect to the internet to change the settings on supremxmlg I would like to get this fixed ASAP so that I can host games for my friends on minecraft and so that I can enjoy warframe as of right now this has ben
happening for a long time but I just did not know what to do I thought I hade fixed the problem but it would seem that I just cant fix it with out the parent account (supremexmlg) so i can make in to and adult account thats all I hade to say.

Hello! I was wondering if there was an occuring problem that adult accounts for some reason could not view other people's profile or add people as friends. My account is an adult account (I checked) and I'm not in any Microsoft families. It could just be
that the mobile app that I am trying to access it on is not allowing it? but the it was working the last time I checked, maybe a few weeks ago. I also have gone on my account and checked all the privacy settings to allow access to everything on xbox one, but
it didnt seem to have changed anything. Any help provided would be appreciated!

(Also, if anyone has an answer to this, I tried logging into my account on IOS minecraft so my newphew could play with his friend while we were on a trip but a popup just said that privacy settings did not allow multiplayer and I couldnt find any settings
that said to change this)

 

I have looked at the website and tried to follow the instructions but it just keeps coming to the same page over and over again!
