Privacy Settings For Xbox account on PC

Thanks for coming to the forums with your question. There are two ways you can access these settings, either through an Xbox console or on the account website. On the console go to settings>account>privacy and online safety then Xbox live privacy.

On the PC sign into the
account website. Om the top you will see Privacy click that. Here is a guide also for

changing privacy settings.

If you want to go onto privacy settings on Xbox, go onto settings and go to the account section there you should see Privacy & online safety, thats where you can change your privacy settings.

If your on PC you select your account name where your accounts picture is located at and go onto My Microsoft Account when that loads you should see at the top of the page next to where it says Microsoft account, you should see a option named Privacy you
click on that. There you can change your privacy settings.

Im having trouble with funding the correct privacy settings. Do i change them in Microsoft account or the xbox account. Also which account? Can I log into the main PC account and fix this?

Have you checked your Xbox settings?

Settings > Privacy & online safety > Xbox Live privacy, There is a setting for Clubs

If that still does not work, check your account privacy settings here: https://account.microsoft.com/account/privacy?destrt=privacy-dashboard

Look for the Xbox section, and make sure that your account does not have Groups set to Block.
