Privacy & Online Safety site loop

I am trying to update my privacy & online safety settings so I can play Minecraft Realms on my Switch. The website (https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/topic/xbox-one-online-safety-and-privacy-settings-for-parents-and-kids-1f0951f6-8894-4b34-3b6b-1b0ebbaee896)
keeps redirecting me to the same site when I click the tab to edit privacy and online safety settings. I tried contacting support but the Xbox expert could not help me at all so they directed me to the Xbox specialist where I have been waiting for almost an
hour. Completely frustrating experience and a waste of my time.

EDIT*** I finally managed to contact Microsoft customer service via the phone, and after waiting 30 min on hold for them to confirm my account, they hung up (it did not drop - not sure if this was accidental). However, I managed to solve the problem on my
own. It will redirect you if you are part of a family account, and not the owner. Leave the family group (if you are over 18) and then you are able to access the privacy and online safety settings. If you are on a child account, get the owner of the account
to change your privacy settings, or give the child account permission to change their privacy settings. I was in a family with my other account, which I could not access (I had made it 8 years ago when 13-year old me wanted to bypass parent controls), but
since I am over 18 now I can leave and change it on my own terms.
