    Privacy & Online Safety Settings


    I am trying to let my son play a multiplayer game on the Minecraft app on the iPad. I keep getting the message:

    You cannot play online multiplayer through Xbox Live because of how your account is set up....

    I have changed the privacy & online safety settings multiple times but to no avail. What am I doing wrong?
