Privacy & Online safety settings keep resetting

I want to talk to people on sea of thieves but everytime I launch my game the settings reset and I can't talk.

If that is the only game you are having the issue with, I would suggest visiting https://account.xbox.com/Settings, sign in if needed, and ensure you haven't selected to block or restrict any privacy and online safety features.

If you are a child account, you might want to tell an adult account to change them for you!

I set them on allow and everytime they reset

Try also to change browsers if you keep getting redirected to the support page.
