Look like the app have data error so I log out and clear all data.

Login back and it fix.

if you were able to change the setting via
http://account.xbox.com/settings

you may have to Sign out of the profile on the console and then sign back in again.

You can also try a Power cycle via:

try the manual power cycle steps like mentioned on the following link, be sure to wait at least 60 seconds before powering on again:

if the console still won't recognize the change then try the following:

1. Remove profile from the console (Make sure you know the account credentials for the account, since you will need them later)
   
2. Perform the manual power cycle steps like mentioned before
3. Redownload your profile ​ I

Please contact minecraft support with this issue if you have already open up everything in your privacy settings on xbox you should be good to go from this end. Seems to me that they are running into their own issues with accepting your privacy settings.

for me it was so, was changing privacy settings and the error happened
