    Privacy error on minecraft dungeons


    So i'm trying to play minecraft dungeons with a friend and this error keeps showing up: "priviledge error: you cannot play because online play is restricted" (i play on switch and have nintendo switch online)

    I tried going to forum posts and following what replies said, but it just didnt work, can you help?

    I do not know how to change my Microsoft account settings.

    PLEASE HELP

    On the "Privacy and Online safety" page of Xbox I see only some tutorials on how to edit it and nothing that looks like a setting whatsoever. I am encountering the same problem with Minecraft Dungeons and the privilege error and I cannot resolve it.

    Just check you are not part of Microsoft Family account. There is a privacy setting that restricts playing Minecraft Dungeons.

    If you are, these setting can be changed by an account organiser using the Xbox Family settings app.
