    I want to play a game, which I have paid for with my current Microsoft account. I couldnt play it because of "the way my account was set up" so I had to change my privacy and online safety settings which I couldnt change because of family restrictions which were set up a long time ago.

    I left the family, so then I could change my privacy settings, which I can, but don't know which setting to change, I have tried enabling everything just to be sure, it didnt work. Whenever I try to join a game, it tells me I can't because of parental controls.

    The thing is: I used to be able to play the game on the same account on the same computer but for some reason (I think due to a Microsoft update), I now can't.

    I have full control of settings in my account, how do I change them to be able to play this game again please?
