Privacy and Online safety, gamertag

Discus and support Privacy and Online safety, gamertag in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; In xbox.com: My Microsoft family shows me and my child.     Privacy and Online safety, gamertag


    In xbox.com: My Microsoft family shows me and my child. When I go to Privacy and Online safety, I only get my gamertag, not my childs. Any ideas?

    Can anyone shed some light on the reason child accounts in New Zealand can't purchase things from the marektplace?

    Sorry, I forgot to mention, Xbox Live determines, what features are available to a Child, Teen or Adult, depending on the Birthdate added to gamertag account.. Have a look at this link & it will help you with Privacy & Safety Issues for accounts etc.

    To better assist you with your concern, may we ask if you have added your email address as parent account to your child's Xbox Profile when it was created?

    You can access your Online Safety Settings on various devices. Here's how to access them on the web:

    Sign in to your Microsoft account at Xbox.com.
    Select your gamertag, and then select the More actions button (…).
    Select Xbox settings, and then select Privacy & online safety.
