    'Privacy and online safety' error


    Every time I attempt to go into settings > account > privacy & online safety I get the following error message

    "TRY AGAIN

    There is a temporary problem with the service. please try again."

    I am not sure why this has happened I only noticed when people could no longer hear me on my mic but I could hear them.

    NAT is open, I have tried 3 times resetting alternate MAC address, I have tried 2 profiles, 2 controllers, 2 mics, network plugged in and on wireless, resetting xbox (not reformatting) ... I don't know what else to try !! Please help

    Privacy and Online Safety Error

    Whenever I try to access the Privacy and Online Safety tab in Xbox settings on PC, I get an error.

    I tried using the error code search tool but that didn't help either. Please help.

    Hey there!

    Sorry to hear about the trouble you're having o0 TEEJAY 0o. If you're still running into this, the first step would be to power cycle your Xbox One. To perform a power cycle hold down the power button for 10 seconds (or until your Xbox One powers off). After
    you power cycle give it another try and let us know how it goes.
