I am the only man in the house who have xbox account and im 21 but its alway ask me to use parents account to setup my privacy. And my parent didnt have xbox or microaoft account. And its also say im a child.

How do i find my parent account if they didnt have any?

And how to change from child to adult without having parents account?

Or my parent have account(s)? Then how to find them?

Child account with no parent account

Hello there,

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. In order to manage the privacy settings of a child account, you will have to add an adult account to the family first :

Add members to your Microsoft family

You will need to add this child account to an adult accounts family. you can then follow the instructions on this link to manage the child account's privacy settings :

Hello,

This sounds like you might have put in the wrong date for your birth date. Unless you have direct access to their emails there is not much you can do with changing permissions. You might try contacting chat support but without proof of ownership of the "Parent" account
they can do not to much.

If the changes are already made on the account privacy yes, if you haven't managed to get into the privacy settings on the Xbox settings web then won't work

Child's account cant view their privacy settings an adult is required to add him to a Microsoft family here

After the adult account creates the family and adds the minor's account to his family In order for you to be able to play multiplayer, you must change the privacy settings of your account. It can be done here

Hi there. If you set the correct age to your account when creating it then you should now be able to remove the Parental controls completely. Simply go to Account Management on your console dashboard, from here you should see an option to promote your account
to adult status, once this is complete the parental settings will be removed.

This option will only appear when an account reaches the age of 18+, so if you cannot see it then you clearly did not set the correct age of your account or you're simply not over 18.
