prison architect not working. now i don't even have it!

I bought prison architect PC on my Xbox account I tried opining it and it didn't load the user agreement page at all, that meant that I couldn't play. then I uninstalled to see if that helped and now its saying that I have to buy the game again even though I bought the game, and it took money from my account, this has been a very frustrating experience and I need help I have essentially been robed.

It dosent say that i purchased the game. I bought prison architect and it dosent show up on the list of purchases.

This means that it's not successful or it was purchased under a different Microsoft account. Please check all Microsoft accounts that you own, Dark.

I apologize for the trouble, Dark. We need to make sure that the game was purchased under the correct account and is successful.

Please sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders, and make sure that it is showing as "completed". Once confirmed, sign out then sign in back in on both Xbox App and Microsoft Store App to reinstall the game, Dark.

Definitely Sim city, and Tropico 5. Maybe even prison architect.
