    I'm trying to get warranty of xbox controller and I have already ordered repair but when I got e-mail from Microsoft it's say I'll have to follow 5 steps for send controller to Microsoft but in the 5 step I'll have to print label for delivery but in mail Microsoft mentioned this "Step 5: Print your delivery label

    We're sorry. We were unable to generate your delivery label. Please contact Microsoft Support for further assistance. We apologise for this inconvenience."

    Already tried to Virtual assistant, Agent,toll free number, connect with specialist it's hard to connect with Microsoft support

    Hi Sahil!

    Sorry to hear about what happened. Has it been more than 48 hours since you created your fulfillment order? If not yet, try to wait up to 48 hours and try it again.

    Otherwise, try to contact Xbox Support here https://support.xbox.com/en-US/contact-us > Contact us > choose Subscription & billing > I don't recognize a charge > describe the issue > Next > See contact options > Chat online. That should work.

    here     for additional info on printing your shipping label. If you are still unable to get a label to print, please contact Xbox Customer Service by phone at 1-800-4MY-XBOX for further assistance. Additionally, when your package is picked up, you can ask
    the driver to print you a label if needed as well. Good luck!

    There were various reference number posted throughout this thread which I wrote down. You can sign up at myups.com and check by reference number, date range and united states and it will show labels being printed for delivery items for those reference numbers

    Hi Marian,

    You don't need to prove the issue.

    After requesting a repair, you'll print off a delivery label, UPS will come to collect your console, and the Service Centre will check for the issue (referencing the original order notes) and look at what the issue is.
