Prince of Persia sands of time

I bought Prince of Persia The Sands of Time for xbox 360. (in 2017) It doesn't work. I tried it download again. I tried to clear the system cache and download again. Can anybody help?

Yes, I downloaded it, but when I try to launch it, it says: „Game Error. The game couldn’t start. Try downloading again. For more help, visit
www.xbox.com/support” I downloaded it again and again, but it’s the same...

 

That's odd. Which region are you physically located in, and what are your console region & language settings within the 'System' settings screen? That info will help a bunch. In the meantime, try a

Factory Restore on your Xbox One console and let us know if that affects any change.

 

I am in Hungary. Language is english and locale is Hungary. It is an xbox 360 console.

 

What specific Xbox 360 console do you own? Do you have an official Xbox 360 hard drive attached? In order to play Original Xbox games on Xbox 360, you need a console with an official Xbox 360 hard drive since the software required is stored on the hard drives
themselves. 3rd party hard drives or non-official Xbox 360 hard drives will not work.

That would be the issue then

Locale is not your account location

Thats your regional settings on your console

To play xbox 360 games yoir account region

Actual region and language must match
