    I preordered the game Prince of Persia the remake a few months ago, and I recently got notified that the game was available to play. However, every time I try to start the game up, I keep getting redirected to the Xbox Store page where I preordered the
    game. Is there a way to fix this issue?

    Are you trying to play the more recent Prince of Persia title? The Prince of Persia title that is backward compatible isn't available on disc, it's the remake of the classic that was

    released digitally     on the Xbox 360. The more recent Prince of Persia game isn't currently backward compatible.

    Just to clear up a bit of confusion I've seen, the original Prince of Persia remake

    found here     is the game that is currently backward compatible with the Xbox One. You may be confusing the game with

    this later release of the same name    . Let me know if that clears up the trouble you're having :)

    Hi, which prince of persia did you purchase? Only the arcade version of Prince of Persia is compatible, if you haven't purchased that version, then that is why it does not show.
