Prime Video no longer playing Dolby Vision in Alpha Skip Ahead

I honestly don't watch shows on Prime that often anymore, so I'm not entirely sure when this might have started, but it seems I can't get Amazon Prime Video to stream in Dolby Vision anymore in Alpha Skip Ahead. This is even for titles that I've watched that way before. I'm being sure to select the UHD version of the show (testing with Jack Ryan Season 1) and I see the "Vision" badge in the menu, but now when I start playback it always defaults to plain HDR instead. Netflix and other apps seem to be playing Dolby Vision and Atmos just fine.

I've tried all the usual tricks like hard reset, pulling the power, and disabling HDR in the system settings while leaving only Dolby Vision enabled (result is SDR playback). I haven't changed anything about my setup in quite some time, but for reference, my setup is X1X -> Onkyo TX-NR686 -> LG C8. I also confirmed that the show is playing fine in Dolby Vision/Atmos when played directly on the Prime Video app on the TV. Likely unrelated, but I did have to do an update for the TV app, so I'm wondering if it's possible that Amazon changed something on their end and they're rolling out updates, but the Xbox app hasn't gotten its yet. The TV app already has the new user profiles, but the Xbox app doesn't, so there's definitely a difference in version/features there.

I've already submitted a report via the Xbox, but I'm wondering if anyone else can check to see if they can get Dolby vision working right now. Would love to get some other data points to compare to if it turns out it's just me so I don't pull my hair out troubleshooting for another 3 hours.
