    Prime Video app restarting movies


    Within the past few months, I’ve noticed that pressing the “B” button after finishing a movie on Prime Video restarts the movie instead of simply bringing me back to the app’s home screen (as is the case with every other streaming service app). This happens on both the One and Series X. Can’t imagine why this is an intentional feature considering there’s already an option to start the movie over. Is there any way to change this?

    I fixed the problem. I solved again all of my app, games on my external storage except Amazon prime. And then you have to reboot your Xbox in the settings. Click on delete everything. So that nothing is more saved on it. Then restart, download the update
    and then download prime video again. On my Xbox the prime app is now working !

    Same issue here (XBOX One) — I can watch trailers but can't actually watch any movies from the Movies & TV app. The spinning loader never even appears, it just drops to the error screen. I've hard-rebooted the router, modem, XBOX, and all the usual suspects.
    nothing has fixed the error 0x800c000b. All other streaming video services work fine (Netflix, Amazon Prime Video & Hulu).

    Not Movies. It says specifically that the movie library is not available to the home console. Either way, it's a self defeating architecture. Why wouldn't two consoles in the same household be able to login with the same account? It's just an incentive
    to use VUDU or Prime Video instead of Microsoft Movies.
