Pred pár hodinamim jsem zmenila primární alias v Microsoft účtu, a od te doby se nemohu prihlasit na xbox live, protoze to nerozeznává muj puvodni profil, a stale mne to vybizi k vytvoreni noveho gamertagu. Nicmene v profilu na konzoli se e-mail
zmenil, a zůstalo i vse ulozeno (neodhlasuji se). Aplikace v telefonu take zustala přihlášena.

Mam obavu, ze když se z konzole odhlásím, profil zmizi, a pod novým e-mailem nic nebude, stejne jako na webu.. stejne tak kdyz bych si vytvořila novy gamertag, tak jak mne ucet na webu nuti.. přišla bych tím padem o predplatne a zakoupene hry, coz si neumim
predstavit.. řešil jste prosim nekdo takovy problem?

Hi, thank you. Actually I have not changed the security information, I have changed only the e-mail in my microsoft account. The info has changed in my profile on console, but when i want to sign in on xbox.com or gamepass app, it says that i do not have
an xbox profile, that I have to create a new gamertag.. it looks like there is no xbox account associated to my microsoft accpunt which is not true. Will it change? Thank you very much

Hello HP,

Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We see you have issue with changing security information. Were you prompted that the change will take 30 days? As this is a security measure. In this time it can limit purchases also on the account. Reason for this,
if it wasn't you that made changes no one can make purchases. We recommend to request a call from support to assist you as they will be able to look at the account.

When you go to Contact Us,follow these steps to request a call from support:

Step 1 ----click on Contact us
Step 2 ----under what you having trouble with select Subscriptions & billing
Step 3-----under what is the issue I can't redeem a code then hit next

Step 4 ----scroll down to select request a call

Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives request a call from support as a contact option.

Eu não tenho xbox, só possuo conta na microsof, e na xbox live, adicionei no email que ta vinculada a minha conta do epic do pc.

Na mailu na którym jest skradzione konto mam maila kogoś kto usunął z konta mojego maila oraz numer telefonu. Nie wiem czy mogę go tutaj podać tak więc proszę o udzielenie mi informacji czy mogę udostępnić w odpowiedzi jego maila.
