    I wanted to purchase console game(Batman Arkham City) via XBox.com and is willing to pay 19.99 USD for the game but once clicked it is asking me 73.00 USD. Why are some games like this?

    It's $19.99 in the US. $73.00 is the price for UAE. So you would see the $73.00 if you live in UAE.

    If you live in the US and are seeing the wrong price, you would need to
    migrate your account region     in order to get the correct pricing.

    That must be a mistake. That game in any form doesn't cost that much. Are you sure, that you check that particular game? Both Return to arkham games cost 19.99

    As many games have different option packages ie standard, deluxe, master edition etc be careful to ensure you are selecting the correct version. The price of them varies massively.
