    I was trying to purchase an xbox design lab controller yesterday and my cart total was about $70.00. I was suddenly pulled away at work for an emergency and was never able to finish my purchase. Today I went to finish my purchase in my cart and the total
    went back to $100.98. Please someone contact me back via email on my account so we can solve this problem. Thank you in advance

    Ah, apologies Grreen Lantern, I did not realize the incorrect price was up at the start, I assumed he bought it before the sale went live. If you think you were incorrectly charged you can try contacting Microsoft via the phone. Sometimes they will credit
    you without calling them, but calling them would be the best way to get this sorted in this situation.

    MS does not issue refunds if you buy something at regular price and then it goes on sale. The sales have been well known on various gaming websites for a while now. Also, there is a sizeable ad about the Countdown sale n the dash, so knowing it was going
    on, you might have wanted to wait incase it went on sale. I bought Assassins Creed 3 at Best Buy for full price and a week later it was on sale for half off. That doesn't mean I should get a refund because they decided to have a sale after I bought it.

    If you are willing to pay £7 for a name change that you have done a few times previously, what's an extra £2. I know that's not the point, but prices of most things will continue to rise as time goes on.
