    Tried to log onto one of my games when I was met with this prompt from both the Xbox App and the Microsoft Store App.

    "Prey is currently not available in your account. Here’s the error code, in case you need it: 0x803F8001" (PC Xbox Game Pass)

    Keep in mind that I'm using Prey, the game, via the xbox game pass and have a subscirption with them till 11/7/2020.

    I've tried a lot of things so far. For example: I uninstalled the game, reinstalled it, no luck. I've also tried turning on location, making sure i'm on the right windows update (most current one), restarting the microsoft store using multiple prompts via
    the powershell window, making sure i'm logged into the correction region with the right time and everything like that, I've logged in and out, and the list only continues to go on. My question here, since I was just playing it yesterday, is how do I solve
    this issue?

    Keep in mind that this is on PC and not on the actual Xbox itself.

    Prey has left Game Pass and is therefore no longer playable.

    Hi, unfortunately Prey has been removed from the xbox game pass, therefore you will not be able to play it anymore with the subscription.... You will need to buy it to play again

    Each month some games leave the Gamepass, they announce via social media which games will be removed about 2 weeks before the due date, you can verify directly on the mobile app inside the dedicated section "leaving soon" which games are going to be removed

    Hollow Knight and Prey for example.

    Pray says this:

    Not sure if it's relevant but I'm also a user that upgraded from Windows 7 to Windows 10, however if I remember correctly I did a fresh install back in August 2016.
