    Previously upgraded to Premium Version of Microsoft Solitaire Collection


    A couple months ago, I upgraded to the Premium Version of Microsoft Solitaire Collection for 1 year. I just purchased this computer, and when the program was added, I was offered Premium Version for 1 week free. The one week is over and my previous upgrade
    is not being acknowledged.

    I would greatly appreciated it if you would address this issue and upgrade this for this computer. If I need to contact another department, please advise. Your direction and prompt attention to this matter will be greatly appreciated.

    Microsoft Solitaire Collection

    Already I have purchased solitaire collection premium last week for 1 year.

    Because of some problem, I have formatted the drive & re-installed windows 10 pro & solitaire collection.

    But solitaire collection is asking me to pay for it to get the premium version.

    What shall I do to get 'PREMIUM' version without paying again.

    Hi

    I have upgraded Microsoft Solitaire Collection to Premium.

    It works great at home, but why don't I get the premium version when I play on atother computer? I log in with the same account!

    This should follow the account and not the PC. What happens when i reinstall my computer?

    Make sure you are logged into Solitaire collection with the same microsoft account with which your purchased the premium upgrade.

    In Microsoft Solitaire Collection there is.

    "Settings" Apps & Features" choose Microsoft Solitaire Collection, Advanced Settings then Reset.

    Just noticed an upgrade to Windows 10 Microsoft Solitaire Collection. The new version 3.9.4260.0 just appeared the last day or so. Hopefully this will address the issue.
