Previously redeemed Xbox gift card

I bought a gift card from a Walmart store. I get home and error code 141094-2Mr6twAAAAAAAAAA-e4bf4c31-5245-4345-89b0-cdddd8a3ff90 shows up. The card has already been redeemed.

I went to Walmart, they said only Microsoft/Xbox could do the refund.

I call Microsoft (four times), first person told me that this specific card had been redeemed May of 2016. It was bought June of 2017.

Called Walmart corporate and they pretty much told me to buzz off.

Called Microsoft, explained myself...again...and told him to send me an e-mail stating the policy between them and the distributers and how it is not Microsoft's responsibility, as they claim it's not. He hung up on me.

Any suggestions on how to get my money back?

How can I equip a gift card amount on the Xbox store ?

Hi guys

I redeemed a gift card for the US Xbox One store to buy Injustice: gods among us, although I
don't live in the US. I managed to redeem the gift card, but each time I try to buy Injustice: gods
among us, which a Xbox 360 backwards compatible game for the Xbox One, it returns me to my
country's Xbox One Store. And when I buy an Xbox One game, I can't select the amount that I
got from the gift card, even though it says so in my profile.
How can I fix this ?

I can't use my xbox gift card

I bought and redeemed a 20 dollar xbox gift card on my account, but when I try to buy a currency pack in Rainbow Six Siege, it doesnt work. Please help. I redeemed the gift card on this website

Sorry to hear about the gift card issue. How much was it for? If you check
commerce.microsoft.com do you see the currency redeemed on your account? Even though there was an error it's still possible the card was redeemed to your account.

Make sure that gift card is for xbox live store. If that is the case you can redeem it as previously mentioned, if not follow the steps indicated in the card itself.

If that's the case, it explains why, after months of using "Auto Redeem" on the $10 gift card (previously), I one day found myself no longer auto redeeming the $10 gift cards. I thought it was sketchy at the time and it feels the same now. Can't see why it doesn't function reliably like a subscription program.

It's also annoying that instead of simply crediting your account with Xbox GPU time, like they do with gift card cash amounts, they e-mail you code to redeem. Seems pretty intentional.

Yes, you can use a gift card to get the game on your Xbox.

Please note that if the gift card has already been redeemed once on another account, it will no longer be valid. But if you previously redeemed with your Xbox account, the game will be linked to your account and wherever you sign in, the game will simply appear in your library.

To redeem a gift card on your Xbox, follow these steps:

-Open the "Microsoft Store" application.
-Select "Get".
-Select "Redeem code".
-Enter the Minecraft gift card code.
-Select "Redeem".
