Previously purchased Minecraft not showing in Microsoft Store

I have a very similar problem to this thread: https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us.../d0ce63b6-64a8-4058-b09d-efc4d2c86c5b?page=1, this option has worked for me a year ago, but now a new web "puzzle" has been created not working as in this thread.

I have Minecraft for Windows showing under the purchase history bought in June 2018, while trying to install it to a new computer it does not show up in Microsoft Store, it didn't also show a year ago, but installing through web application worked. When I go to the link in the previous thread (https://www.xbox.com/en-us/games/st...hxj?wa=wsignin1.0&activetab=pivot:overviewtab - it was working before) I get the options to "INSTALL TO Free Trial" or "GET GAME PASS Included with Game Pass". If I press the first option Xbox app opens and I get again "Free Trial" or "NOT AVAILABLE" options (latter is grayed out). While I install the Free Trial it transfers me to buy the starter collection or master collection of Minecraft.

All other Minecraft options in web application or Xbox application (e.g. Minecraft for Windows + Launcher) send me to buying a new version of Minecraft that I already own.

Any help?

Thank you. Just in case, did the other family accounts also purchase Minecraft or is your account in the family group the only one that has purchased it?

Hello John, I have a similar problem. I set up a call 2 days in a row to speak with a Microsoft rep. When they called, the call drops and they don’t call me back. When I try to set up a new call, the web agent tells me that I’ve reached my maximum daily call back allowance. This is ridiculous as they’re not helping me or calling me back. I’ve spent hours on this an nobody is helping me! Why is Microsoft treating their customers so poorly????

That is just a simple name change due to the fact that Windows 11 released, Minecraft for Windows 10 would not be an accurate name any longer. So you have the correct Minecraft.

I am checking a few things on our end of things, could you go to the Microsoft store under the account email that purchased Minecraft in 2018 and go to your Library and confirm that the Minecraft Windows 10 Edition is not preset.

Could you also go to http://account.microsoft.com/orders and use the filters as:

View: Digital
Ordered Within: All available

And let me know if your Minecraft purchase is present there as well.

I'm using freshly installed Windows 10, I reset the store and restarted, but this didn't change anything. Then I installed the Minecraft launcher, I logged in with my Microsoft account and it provided me the options for three versions with following buttons:

Minecraft Java Edition / Play demo

Minecraft For Windows / Install

Minecraft Dungeons / Buy Now

When I installed the Windows version the "Install" button turned to "Play", but when I launch the game it asks me to "Sign in" and then to "Unlock Full Game" by buying Starter or Master Collection.
