Previously Purchased Marketplace items no longer available to me for download. Have to ...

I bought TES IV Items on the marketplace when i first started playing it way back in 2007. Now I have a new xbox from the one i used to play it on, and when i went to repurchase the items I had downloaded on my old xbox to my new xbox they aren't there.
It wants me to buy them again even though I already did like 6 years ago.

I checked my download history on the xbox and online for my account that I used to buy them and there is nothing there. It won't let me re-download them from marketplace i have to repurchase.

The items I downloaded are:

Fighters Stronghold

Wizards Tower

Spell Tomes

The Vile Lair

The Thieves Den

Mehrunes Rzor

The Orrery

Horse Armor Pack

While its only about 15 bucks total, I am going to try and not respend money on something I have already bought. If this has been discussed before then please link me to the discussion, I was thinking that maybe after so long it doesn't keep a history of
your purchases or something.

Also as an afterthought, I had to redownload my account to my new xbox so I had no original saves or anything like that, and I know Marketplace is through Live but with my new xbox there is no record of me buying so I thought maybe Xbox Live didn't have
record because its not on this new xbox console.

Any help is appreciated.

everything you have purchased will always be available for re-download as long as its still available on the marketplace. also you can go to item in the marketplace and just re-download it, or as the guy above me stated the download history.

 

Downloading xbox live profile to new console.

You can redownload anything previously downloaded by accessing the download history.

As for achievements not appearing the sam on different consoles, are you not playing while connected to Xbox LIVE on both consoles? So long as you play online and download your profile to the console you are playing on, the achievements will be in sync.
If you play offline on one or both consoles, only one version can be synced to Xbox LIVE and you could wind up needing to achieve those over again.

Where can I see items I have purchased?

All items you have purchased from Xbox LIVE Marketplace (including free items and items you purchased using your console) will appear in your Download History. Your purchases are grouped under three categories: Games, Game Demos, and Avatars.

How do I download items I previously purchased from the web?

Go to your Download History and select the Add to Queue button next to the item you want to download again. You can also locate items you own in Xbox LIVE Marketplace and click the Download to Xbox 360 button to add the item to your Download Queue.

How do I return an item purchased from Xbox LIVE Marketplace on the Web?

All items purchased or rented from Xbox LIVE Marketplace, using the Web or your Xbox 360 console, are non-refundable.

 

If you cannot find the items in your download history then perhaps they were purchased under a different account. Please head on over to commerce.microsoft.com and log in to check your purchase history.

If they are not listed there then you'll have to check other accounts.

 

Yesterday I had no download history but today it was there and when I went back through I found the items and redownloaded them through Download History, but going back to the marketplace it still has no record of me buying it I would have to buy them again
through there.

I found them and everything is cool from that so thanks for the response!

 

After a while the marketplace will reset so it's always best to redownload from the download history to avoid having to pay again.
