    Hi , I've seen the posts that were satisfied with the guidance to login and see previous purchases.

    I can see my previous purchases online, I'm logged in with the same account on my XBOX One, and many of the games previously purchased are not showing up as available to install. Please help.

    Sorry about that issue, could be an issue of sync... Please delete your account and add-it back to get all correct infos about your purchase history.

    Backwards Compatibility

    If you had previously purchased Viva Pinata for the 360 then it should be available for download. Head to My Games & Apps and it will show there.

    If it does not then it was not purchased on that gamertag and you would need to purchase a copy.

    Alternately you could also install the game if you have it on disc.

    Same problem for me. Previously purchased, but it doesn't show up. If I search for Sam and Max in the store, it shows up under the xbox one store. But it says "Bundle Only", with no bundles listed/available.

    Hi,

    All of the games you purchased previously for Xbox 360 and are
    Backwards compatible     should show on your account. If a digital Xbox 360 game you owned digitally is not on the BC list it won't show as available to download.

    If your achievements for a game are not showing on your account then you must have played it using a different account. Same would be true for a purchased game. If it's not there you probably bought it with either a different account or you had the disc
    version of the game.

    Are you sure you don't mean Xbox One?

    If you got thrm through game pass, GTA and several farming simulators have left the service. Is your subscription current? Game pass games only work when you're subscribed
