Previously Purchased Game not on game list

If you bring up the Guide, and go to the left, you can see the purchase history option.

Building on what Mistress Sara said, you can access your download history 2 ways from your console:

1. From the Dashboard, go to Settings, select Account, go down to Download History.
   
2. Press the guide button, go right to Settings, select Account Management, go to Download History.
   

Transactions related to Microsoft points will be shown for a period of one year at most.

If you any other Microsoft accounts please check those to see if Call of Duty: Modern Warfare was purchased on a different account.

It was purchased on my only account. I have the email statement from the purchase. I have also rebooted my xbox, logged my account off and back in, removed it and re-signed into my account. Nothing has worked.

When you buy a digital game on an Xbox console (Xbox One and Xbox 360), the game is linked to the account it was purchased on, not the individual console. This means, you can delete and re-download your games again on any Xbox console you have your account
set up on. As long as you have access to the account, you won't have to buy these games again.

Make sure you are signed in with the same account you purchased your games and content. All the digital games you own will show here.

On your new console, all digital games you own and can install on your new console will show in 'My Games and Apps' as 'Ready to Install'.
