    Previously owned digital 360 games not showing up for download on Xbox One


    I recently purchased an Xbox One and after setting up and logging in using my existing Xbox live gamertag account, several of my previously owned games showed up ready to download. However, a few did not. The titles are "Dead Rising 2: Case Zero", "Luxor
    2", "Pac-Man, C.E.", and "Shadow Complex" and they are on the backwards compatibility list. If I go to the xbox live store, it states that I would have to purchase them again. Is there a solution for this issue? Thanks

    360 games with gold not showing up on my ONE

    Hey there fellow gamer just to clarify until november 12th 360 games for gold will not be playable on xbox one until the new dashboard and back compat launch on that day. As for the rest if you've previously owned a digital or physical copy of any of the
    100 titles to be released november 9th they will automaticlly pop up in you download que whaen available. Thanks ArkhamKnight895

    Xbox One backwards compatibility

    Is it possible to purchase an Xbox 360 backwards compatible game on an Xbox One without previously owning an Xbox 360? Can you buy an Xbox 360 game off the Xbox Online Store and download it on an Xbox One, or do you need to have previously owned an Xbox
    360 to be able to use the service? I'm still fairly new to Xbox, and I don't know a lot about it yet! Any help would be appreciated! Thank you!

    Hi,

    All of the games you purchased previously for Xbox 360 and are
    Backwards compatible     should show on your account. If a digital Xbox 360 game you owned digitally is not on the BC list it won't show as available to download.

    If your achievements for a game are not showing on your account then you must have played it using a different account. Same would be true for a purchased game. If it's not there you probably bought it with either a different account or you had the disc
    version of the game.

    And as mentioned the 360 BC will show up on your download disc. The XB1 will need to download the game regardless of whether you own the 360 game or if it's previously a digital copy. I'd also recommend looking into EA access, it isn't very expensive and
    will boost your catalogue quickly. For me the benefits of gold are worth the cost though of course the outcome varies depending on what you want.

    Only games on the list that are digital will show up. If you own one that is on disc. Pop the disc in and it should download the game.

    If you own a Xbox 360, then you can use that to purchase the games, and they will show up on the Xbox One for you to download.
