Previously connected Microsoft account issue

Sorry to hear that, sadly deleting the account doesn't break the connection between your PSN account and your deleted Microsoft account.

Re-using the same email address doesn't mean that you restore the account. If you did it after the 60 days that takes to completely delete your Microsoft account you're using a different Microsoft account.

PSN and Minecraft system is not going to recognize the recently created account as the previous

In your case you may need to use now a different PSN account to connect your recently created Microsoft account.

This is regarding Minecraft PS4 version and linking/unlinking a microsoft account.

I linked my sons Microsoft account to MY ps4 account. I didn’t realize this until it was too late. I have since created a new xbox gamer tag for me and using a new email account. It seemed to unlink because there was a flash
with my correct game tag in the bottom left corner but then it said ‘Opps! Looks like this account is already connected. Please sign in with your previously connected Microsoft Account...”.

After deleting all ps4 saved data files for Minecraft and application file and reinstalling application, it still gives me the message “Opps! Looks like this account is already connected. Please sign in with your previously connected
Microsoft Account...”

Anyone know how to unlink a Microsoft account from a PS4 account?

If you are receiving an error message saying that your Microsoft account is already connected to another account for PlayStation Network, it is likely that your Microsoft account has been previously linked to another PlayStation Network account. In order to find out which account this is, you will need to try to log in to your PlayStation Network account using your Microsoft account credentials. If you are able to log in to your PlayStation Network account using your Microsoft account, then you will be able to see which account it is connected to.

Alternatively, you can try contacting PlayStation customer support for assistance in finding out which account your Microsoft account is connected to. They should be able to provide you with more information and help you resolve any issues you may be having.

Update:

-I was able to get a hold of an agent through the chat, Yay!(maybe there was an issue with connecting when I was trying previously) So the issue is now reported to Microsoft to look into.

-The issue is actually with all of the TV series I have purchased. Any season over 13 episodes has missing content and only 13 episodes (not in sequence) will show up.

-When I log into my Microsoft account on my PC the content is there

Just wondering if anyone else is having this issue and if they have resolved it?
