    Previously claimed Games With Gold games disappearing from library in games with gold section.


    1) Games with gold games such as EVOLVE, Forza Horizon 2, Forza Motorsport 5 don’t show up in ready to install games with gold section. The only way to install them is manual search in the Microsoft store online or Xbox.

    2) DLC for games such as Hitman don’t show up in manage game, to install them you have to search manually for individual episodes. The latest one to have this issue is the newest games with gold game Batman : The Enemy Within which doesn’t show all DLC episodes in manage game.

    3) Some games with gold claimed games don’t show up in their appropriate place in the games with gold section.

    4) If you buy/purchase/own a previously claimed games with gold game IT SHOULD NOT SHOW UP TWICE in games with gold section and your owned games list section.

    Please fix this issue it has already been reported multiple times long before the new dashboard update and you guys still even have to acknowledge this issue.

    Were you able to claim the game when it was added to the games with gold?

    Games with gold that was previously claimed will not be removed.

    Games with Gold stay listed under the Gold section I believe. Ready to Install I think are games that have been purchased previously.
