Previously bought content no longer showing as bought or previously downloaded.

Hello, I bought Xbox 360 Minecraft a long way back. I have many add-on content things as well for the game. The full Minecraft game is not on my Xbox 360 anymore, but some saves and skin packs still are. The problem I am having is with re-downloading the
game again. When I visit the store, it says I have to pay $19.99 to get the game, when I already had it for years. Plus, every single thing I bought for minecraft shows up in my download history, except for the full game itself. What am I to do?

Hi, I don't think it is possible to transfer content between accounts. If both profiles are on the same console you might be able to use the maps with your newer account.

Both profiles are on my Xbox so is the map pack, but i cant seem to use it, when i sign into both accounts on xbox live, it kicks me off live and tells me that my banned account isnt allowed online (obviously) i just want the map pack back tbh missing the
scavenger

 

Sorry to hear it. If the full game does not show up in your download history (Settings>Accounts>Download History on the Xbox 360) then perhaps it was originally purchased and downloaded using a different gamertag.

You can check your past purchases at commerce.microsoft.com. That website shows all purchases made on your account since it was created.

 

I've looked through every reference already for all purchase history on both the Xbox and online. Nothing. This is the only account I have ever used or bought anything on so that isn't possible. I never licensed transferred with anyone, or recovered someone
else's profile who owned it. I'm stumped.
