    I previously bought a few xbox arcade games on the xbox 360. The console was spoil for a few years, and I recently bought a xbox one. After logging into my account, I can install a few of the previous games but some others were missing and when I found
    it in the store, it seems like i need to pay to download and install the game again. Can this be remedied?

    Yes, they are on the same account. The games are Risk, Wik and Worms.

    I reviewed the Backwards Compatible list and did not find the games that you mentioned on the list.

    If the games were Backwards Compat list, they would've automatically shown up in your "ready to install" section on your Xbox One.
