Previous user’s games

I had bought a used Xbox One system. The previous user deleted his profile and reset the system. I applied my old profile. My old digital downloads were available to me as expected. But in the games list were many games I never owned. Are those games the
previous user’s old digital downloads? Would he or I be charged for downloading his old games?

If you don't own the game, you will get prompted at the time of trying to launch it that will redirect you to the Microsoft Store to purchase it. It's likely the previous user didn't actually uninstall all their content depending on which selection they
made during the factory reset.

Neither of you would be charged unless you make a selection to do so on the store.

If there's a lot of games that you find your needing to remove, feel free to conduct a factory reset and be sure to select: reset and remove everything. If this doesn't resolve your issue please let us know.

If the previous owner removed his/her profile from the console and you do not have the login details then you would not be able to play the games that is on that list.

As you do not have the license rights for the games linked to your account.

Previous to Halo, FPS games were the domain of PC gaming. Nearly all of the console FPS games previous to Halo were PC ports.
